About Us
At John Edmonds Design, we understand the wishes of homeowners or homeowners-to-be. The goal is to have an outstanding home that distinguishes itself from its neighbors through use of design. As a result, John Edmonds, who provides the ideas behind John Edmonds Design, has made it his primary goal to allow everyone access to unique, and the most creative, house designs. With over 35 years of experience designing his four homes and a passion for outstanding architecture, he is no doubt the kind of guy you would want to work with.
Exemplary Home Designs
For the last 35 years, John has been studying and implementing different home design ideas for his homes. He also has top-rated industry skills and experience and would be glad to work on your design needs too. You only need to check out the Design tab, or tell him what you want, and have him develop something new for you. If you need the best and most appealing house architecture in New Zealand, then welcome home. Here you can review some of the best that John has already produced, and select the one that appeals the most. Better yet, if you cannot find the ideal, John is open to drawing new plans for you, depending on your needs, tastes, and preferences.
How it works
John Edmonds Design has a variety of designs in its catalog on our Design tab or the Home page. If you find a design that you like, you can order and download plans online, or talk to us before purchasing. If you choose an existing model and require minor modifications, we will carry that out without charge. However, significant changes may attract some fees.
If you need a different design, call or email John to cover your preferences. John will start by developing a Concept Plan with 3D views and floor plans once he has your requirements and options for the approximate floor area, materials, key features, and shapes. If you review and approve the Concept Plan, we will then proceed with more detailed plans. The steps and fees are in the Services tab.
