About John Edmonds Design
The person guiding this design journey is John Edmonds himself. He has skills and experience in IT, construction project management, and now architecture, a field he has grown his passion in for the last three decades. In addition, he has designed all his four homes himself. This means working with him and his portfolio, will not only get you value for money, but also quality striking contemporary architecture.
Outstanding House Designs
Whatever the house you want to build, you have your own drivers for the way you want it to look. However, care needs to be taken to follow good design principles; to achieve impact, but not to become out-dated; and to be eye-catching but also functional. These are key considerations in all John Edmonds Design work.
Realistic 3D views are provided to give a meaningful reassurance regards how the finished home will look.
For over 35 years, John has been evaluating different architectural ideas and has continued to hone his skills over time. This has seen him become a proficient architect with a commitment to excellence, and a passion for outstanding design. You can see examples of his work on our Design tab .
How It Works
The Designs tab shows a gallery of photo-realistic views of each house design. Plans can then be purchased and downloaded online, if a client sees a home they would like to proceed with.
If you would like a custom design, John will listen carefully to your preferences .
He will then develop a Concept Design guided by your design requirements. These will draw on a fusion of art, geometry and engineering, and typically take two to three weeks in consultation with the client. If you wish to proceed further, a fee quote will be provided to develop detailed plans. Refer to the Services tab for more information.
