At John Edmonds Design, we have the house designs that you need, and you can view them on the Design tab or get our architect to develop new ones for you. Scroll through our website and check out the designs that you feel will work out for you, and if you need to, let John modify them for you.

Exemplary House Plans
If you check the John Edmonds Design website, you will find a range of home designs on the Design and Home tabs. You can scroll through them and choose one to purchase or that John can modify to your preferences. However, if you want something fresh and different again, he can work that through with you.
How it works
We are making it easy to access outstanding house designs and plans. You can scroll through the Home page or click on the Design tab to view 3D galleries. If you find one that appeals to you, you can preview plans which can be purchased and downloaded online. If you need simple modifications, John will carry those out without charge. Significant modifications can be made for moderate fees. These are explained under the Services tab.
If you do not find an existing design that appeals to you, you can request one to be drafted. John starts with the Concept Plan, which includes 3D exterior views, and some interior views, and the floor layouts. If you are happy with that, we then move on to the next stage, which is preparation of more detailed plans. This involves taking all your specifications into account, and includes the preliminary steelwork design, elevations, dimensioned floor plans, roof layouts, and cross-sections.
